The problem
Vanketo manufactures made-to-order van equipment. Order status lived in emails and spreadsheets, customers asked support where their order was, and staff moved items between production stages by hand.
The approach
Built a single portal, designed with a partner designer, with two faces: customers see a live progress timeline (cutting, sewing, packing, on the way, delivered), estimated shipping dates, products and notes; staff process orders from the same interface with role-based permissions.
