Mobility app case study: destination, car selection and ride flow prototyped for Venezuela.
The problem
Ride-hailing in Venezuela has its own constraints: cash and transfer payments, patchy connectivity and safety concerns. A generic flow would not work.
The approach
Built the prototype of the end-to-end ride flow with the product designer: saved destinations, nearby places, car selection with clear pricing, driver verification and payment options that match how people actually pay.
